Japanese Chef Kamikawa Shinji

Inspired by a character from a book, young Kamikawa Shinji soon learned that culinary art was his calling in life.  At the age of 14, he started his journey to become a chef.  Refining his talents at Japan’s prestigious hotels and restaurants, Chef Kamikawa continues to cultivate his passion for Japanese cuisine.  With his extensive experience, he comes to Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta with a mission to introduce the finest of authentic Japanese cuisine.
