Rosso Italian Chef Oriana Tirabassi
Born in San Benedetto del Tronto, a city in the eastern part of Italy in the Marche region of Ascoli Piceno province, Chef Oriana grew up as a very active and dynamic girl with lots of energy and a great interest in hand-made art, especially design. She loves creating hand-made flower arrangments, as well as graphic and fashion designs, which led her to work as a stylist for Gucci at the Atlier Massimo Fioravanti back in her early years in Italy.
Chef Oriana brings her passion and creativity to Rosso, where she will create authentic Italian flavours for diners. Her dishes are the perfect combination of Italian cuisine and fine dining, which not only pleases the taste buds, but also the eye of the beholder. In her opinion, cooking and art are inseparable; both require a certain level of creativity in order to ensure innovation. One of Chef Oriana’s motto is, “Art is in our hands. It is up to us to give it a face. ”Chef Oriana’s extensive cuisine is ideal to be enjoyed with a selection of more than 200 wines, or cocktails and mocktails, available at Rosso.
