With years of experience under his chef's hat, Chef Ronny believes that it takes creativity that grows with knowledge to create great food. At SATOO Restaurant, Chef Ronny needs to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from the taste of the food to the cleanliness of the chefs working and interacting with the guests from the twelve open-kitchen stations.

Amar Singh Panwar

Born in the tranquil area of the Himalayas in northern India, Chef Amar is skilled in Punjabi cuisine that is famous around the world.  His speciality in tandoori and curry brought him to Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing and gave him the opportunity to prepare Indian food for the world’s best athletes during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.  Starting from mid August 2010, he serves Indian fine cuisine at the Indian kitchen station, one of 12 open-kitchen stations in
SATOO international restaurant.
