Chef Francois Laloue
Chef Francois has developed his passion for pastry and bakery since his teenage years, when he started helping out in his family owned pastry business in his hometown in France. His career as an executive pastry chef began in England during 2000. Since then, his career has taken him to many five-star venues in exciting places around the world, such as London, Paris, Cannes, Monte Carlo, Tokyo and Bangkok. With his 20 years of experience in, and passion for, pastry and bakery, Chef Francois has now arrived in Jakarta. |
